You have been provided with Bungie’s policy. Bungie will not break that policy. That is why each time you have asked about this, you have been given the same information, and it will not change. “You guys” cannot break company policy, regardless of whether you are referring to forum volunteers (Mentors and Ninjas), or Bungie staff. There is no need for you to continue posting on this subject, as you will simply have to wait out the remaining time.

How are you missing part of the season when your account is active? And even if you disable it you’d have to wait another 90 days to even re enable it

Bungie did originally help in these cases but players abused that help so now Bungie has a zero tolerance policy over this. So don't blame Bungie but those who abused Bungie's help. Ps. Do a search for "Cross save issues" on Bungie.net or the Destiny app to bring up a help guide which covers this.
