I have tried multiple times to verify my email, I have tried more than one email. it continues to tell me to verify my email even when I have. Another common message is that I haven't allowed them to email me about promotions, I have selected all the option but it still does not let me redeem them. Does anyone have any advice for me?

I’ve seen that other players are able to fix this by doing the following: 1) Go to [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Account/EmailSms]this page[/url] (Email/SMS Settings). 2) Uncheck all of the email preference settings. 3) Save your settings. 4) Re-check your desired email preference settings. 5) Save your settings once again. 6) You should be able to claim rewards now, the page may need to be refreshed.
