Why can't I claim email digital rewards?

So I'm trying to collect digital rewards from the Bungie rewards section on the site but, no matter what I do, the site always gives me the message "change your email preferences". This issue started happening when I changed the email that is linked to my Bungie to my own from a different one. On the email preferences page, I've clicked all the email boxes and I've even added my own phone number; I've done everything that is possible to do on the email preferences page but even after all that, whenever I try to claim digital rewards it gives me the "change your email preferences" message. I'm suspecting that this is a glitch in the Bungie.net site and I'm becoming worried as I especially want to claim the 2022 Guardian Games emblem for being in the top 10 per cent and it is only claimable until the 7th of July which is in 4 days but I can't claim it because of this stupid supposed glitch. Am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help?

  • Hey there! Could you try to - untick all boxes on the "Emails and SMS" settings page - save these settings - retick the boxes you want - save these settings again This has helped people in the past as it "forces" the system to update. Maybe it will help you as well!
