Genuinely Curious if Bungie Considers Effects to PvP

I'm genuinely curious, and not trying to sound sarcastic at all, but I'd really like to know if Bungie even thinks of the repercussions to PvP when introducing new to the game. Omnioculus + Lord of Wolves, Classy Restoration, Healing Grenades, the fact that Lorentz is FINALLY getting an actual nerf a year after its introduction. Even Mountaintop before it got sunset... I just don't understand how they could release things into the game without considering the effect that they can have in PvP.

 • They don’t play their own game. And if they do, THEY SUCK. Ever watched dmg play crucible? He’s a bot lmao. And that’s fine, he has an actual job and a family, as do the rest of the devs. But these means that their ability to think outside the box when it comes to effects to both pve and PvP is pretty much nonexistent. They’ll keep releasing broken abilities and weapons and such and then nerf them anywhere from 2-8 months later. Happened with 600 auto rifles, 120 hand cannons and stasis. Nothing will change until they actually have 2.0 players testing their new stuff.
