I got restricted for 2 months now for "bad internet quality" but the thing is it's either the crossplay the background maintenances or the mass report's im getting because whenever we beat a team they usually report us for "lagging". I already sent an appeal last time when it was 2 weeks but havent got any reply. I just want bungie to look at it because the automatic restriction system doesnt seem to work perfectly. Lot's of PS5 players reported the same problem. Please fix this or look into it ! Also attached a screenshot about my internet which has 6 ping and 900 mb/s download never noticed even a little lagg in the game.

1 ReplySame here. 800/100 wired FTTH connection. No packet loss during sessions, 5 ping, jitter ok, NAT 1, no lag at all. I stopped playing trials, they don't overturn connection based restrictions. It started with crossplay and they've never fixed It. Have fun in this forum :)

Did it ever cross your mind that when so many people reported you for lagging you may actually have been lagging? Testing your speed to the default test server means nothing really...

The process for BANS and RESTRICTIONS involve reports coming in from players or their flag system towards an individual. The person at Bungie HQ reviews it. And they decide if it was warranted or not. Intentionally or not your account broke the rules. Ignorance doesn't exempt you from them.
