“well it’s the highest tier PVE content available its suppose to be hard and grindy”
And I say to that, so is trials and we have a vendor for that to make access to gear and weapons easier for everyone. no let me explain.
Im a pretty constant player. For instance last week I played probably over 40 NFs(I reset twice last week) and received one NF reward and it was a trash roll for what was like 6 to 10 hours of gameplay that felt bad. Now yes I farming adept NFs for xp and I KNOW adept is not how to farm for NF gear. Again I know this, this takes me into solo players though. If you don’t already have a decent team that’s competent then finding a competent team is extremely hard. I grinded master NFs this week and ill tell you already having a competent team vs a LFG team is night and day difference. With my team it took 19 to 20 minutes to complete and fairly easy. With an lfg team it was nearly almost double that time also made me want to go back to solo farming.
“well what about when grandmasters come out? Its drop rate is awesome and they are adept!” well in the how ever many seasons grandmasters have been around I have only been high enough light JUST to launch GMs for two seasons. The light level cap JUST to launch the activity is astronomically high and honestly (bungie could look this up) A LOT of the community wont even get to that light level as well to even launch it. And if you do happen to be at light level as a solo player now you have to find more people that are at that light level as well and again you don’t even know how good they are.
So I propose a NF vendor set up exactly like the trials vendor. You can play any NFs to xp the vendor(and still xp vangard ranks) to unlock mats, gear, weapons, and engrams. You can unlock the NF weapons of the season and use engrams to buy them. Every reset will drop an adept version of the weapon you want. I know a lot of elitist are about to cook me but come on now the highest tier PVP activity has a vendor and all the pvp sweat lords hated the fact it was proposed in the first place and after it was implemented they were like “hell yeah!” im sure all you pve elitists will do the same.

2 RepliesIt would be cool if Zavala had engram focusing with NF specific loot like the drifte, saint 14, and Saladin now
