The only solution at this moment is to reacquire it. you can try dismantling the ship for the transmat effect, but this comes with its risks. you may just have to wait for the next solstice event. There is nothing further that bungie can do to assist you.

 • I'm not risking it, I've had this ship since season 2.

 • Understandably so, but sadly there is nothing more bungie can do to assist you at this time.

 • It is as simple as adding the transmat effect into my inventory again so it appears in collections. They do it with missing eververse items, so why not this?

 • You have already answered this.
1st response: Many cosmetic items acquired through a Bright Engram or purchased using Bright Dust can be reacquired using the appropriate Collection in the character inventory screens. Bungie does not restore items that have been intentionally or accidentally deleted from a player’s account. 2nd response: Destiny Player Support has reviewed your comments on Help Request 174079. Unfortunately, our contact form and agents are not set up to investigate this issue. Please can I just have my Transmat Effect back?
This is not the correct form to contact bungie at for issue like this. • It comes from a bright engram, which at the time were sold for Silver from the Eververse Store, which I would qualify as Eververse. I do not remember if i purchased the bright engram with silver or earned it, so I cannot rule out either option. If that isn't the correct help form, (missing purchases), then please tell me what the correct form is. I come to the same conclusion, which is missing purchases.

 • Most likely not here, considering ninjas, mentors and shield cannot resolve this issue for you. I'd honestly just recommend waiting for the next time the transmat effect is on sale. there really not much else that can be done.
