The fix that xtine_ linked worked for me. It had been pending since Friday. Changed password, took off my system from primary and make it a primary system again on ps4. Now I got all that I was owed. Hope it works for you.

I also bought silver on the Playstation stor and have not received it.

I have got the same issue been waiting 14hrs been thinking the hot fix would of fixed the issue but clearly not

They're quick to take your money, but when there is an issue, they are the slowest -blam!- people to address it. Been experiencing this issue since Friday, and JUST received a support ticket response which clearly was from a bot. They aren't going to fix this -blam!- any time soon. Lazy -blam!- support.
