Hi there. When you made your purchase, was it before or after you had activated Cross Save?

  • I see that it's your PS characters you're cross-saving to other platforms. If you have not yet logged into the game on Playstation since Witch Queen launched, you'll need to do that for the season passes to be applied.

  • i dont understand what you mean. i already logged in on my ps4 and they dont show up. i enabled cross play when bungie released the option for crossplay.

  • ok it has definitely been more than 2 business days. i am genuinley worried as i have got no response, i cant do season pass related activities nor access the season pass rewards or boosters whoch means im going at a really slow rate.

  • hey gundlebeans sorry to bother you again but i got a reply from bungie Destiny Player Support has reviewed your help request. Looking over your account history, records indicate that you are game sharing various Destiny 2 expansions or editions. Season Pass premium track rewards and Dungeon Keys that may be included in these Destiny 2 editions can't be game shared between platform accounts. Game sharing is a platform feature and is not officially supported by Bungie. The successful game sharing of expansions or other licenses was always coincidental, and Bungie makes no effort to provide consistency for players with these platform features. im pretty sure i havent ever game shared, i have been sharing ps plus thi with a friend but not games. and it ahoulsnt matter because i bought beyond light deluxe before too, not to mention i am getting another error when buying silver, it says « Query Failed », i do have cross play on my ps4, pc and an xbox account i dont use anymore but i bought it on ps4 so shouldnt all the content be there? Does this email mean that those items that are promised in the deluxe edition will never be given to me?? again sorry to bother you i know you have other stuff to do

  • Please refer to the link in my previous reply regarding licenses and Silver. For any issues involving game sharing you would need to see Playstation Support for clarity or assistance. If you are not game sharing and bought WQ deluxe with your own account, wait for Bungie to announce a resolution to the current issue from @BungieHelp on Twitter. If after it is fixed you don't receive your season passes, dungeon key, and Silver balance, respond back to the email you received with more information, including a screenshot of your confirmed purchase.

    We’ve been specifically instructed by Bungie staff to send people to that form. The issue is not about missing DLCs or DLC content, it is about missing season passes/dungeon passes, which is something the form can be used for.
