Every time I start the game, I get the same message.
"Failed to download configuration files from Bungie servers, please try again."
Error Code: Nightingale.
I've done everything that the page suggests. I've restarted the game, verified the game files twice, reinstalled the game once. I don't know what else I can do at this point.

1 ReplyEdited by haiichuu: 6/4/2022 5:10:54 AMI recently fixed this - it was a DNS issue. For some reason Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 / WARP does not resolve with D2 servers anymore. If I launch the game on 1.1.1.1 I get your exact error. If I enable it while the game is running I disconnect from game and get the error code. Try disabling 1.1.1.1 by using a different DNS. HTH. I really hope Bungie fixes this. It's annoying to have to come off of the secure connection in order to play the game. EDIT - After experimenting a little bit more I found that the issue is stemming from Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 WARP app specifically. I configured my router and Windows OS to use the 1.1.1.1 DNS and everything is working. It is specifically when having the Cloudflare WARP application enabled that the "Nightingale" error occurs.
