Hi there. Bungie does not have the ability to grant or revoke licenses, only the platforms do. Which platforms have you purchased Witch Queen on and which are you currently playing on?

  • You will need to contact another Playstation rep regarding your license. If after requesting a refund or cancellation you immediately lost access, that suggests they mistakenly revoked both the Standard and Deluxe licenses from your account and need to correct it. If you're playing on PC, you need to purchase the DLC on that platform to get access to that content there.

    now apparently im not able to get a refund because "the content has been used/downloaded" even though im unable to play it. Nice way of saying hey we will keep your $80.00 F u n have a nice day
