Didnt see the 90 day ban warning as i wanted to make my steam account my main account as i had purchased the dlcs on there as i am no longer playing on playstation anymore, i really dont want to miss out on this season nor wait 90 days as i was just getting into the game, can any member make an exception and lift the restriction?

Greetings! Unfortunately, there is no way to bypass the 90-day wait from deactivating Cross Save; you will have to wait those 90 days out before you can re-activate Cross Save.
If players disable their Cross Save for any reason they will have to wait out the 90-day lockout before they can enable Cross Save again. There are no exceptions to this policy.
via the Destiny 2: Cross Save Guide.

You did not have to disable Cross-Save. It seems you may have been confused about how Cross-Save works. It does not move or merge your save data in any way. Your Playstation save data will always be your Playstation save data and tied to your PSN ID. Cross-Save just lets you access that save data on other platforms. Making your Steam ID your active save data will have you playing with the characters you now currently have on Steam anyway, which you're now complaining about, so it's obvious that you didn't actually want your Steam save data as your active save data. Unfortunately, you will have to wait 90 days before you can reenable Cross-Save. When you do so, please remember to choose your Playstation save data as your active save data. You do not need to play on Playstation to have Cross-Save enabled. It is intended specifically for situations such as this where your Playstation save data is the data you want to use, but you play on PC.

Making an impulse decision to disable cross save thinking your steam account would stay your main is your fault. Time to live with the consequences for being so impulsive
