Constant "Contacting Destiny 2 Servers" the last 2 days.

Ever since Thursday I have been getting a message at the bottom of my screen every 10 minutes or so saying "contacting destiny 2 servers", and have been error coded and kicked out of activities. I haven't had this at all until the last 2 days. I have restarted my router, tried different wired ethernet cords.

  • yeah same here. Im located in Vancouver Canada and I am connecting to Bellevue Bungie servers and I am getting 125+ ping according to windows resource monitor. All other games and services run fine. I am playing on PC and this is the only game that is having this issue. I tried to ping the server IP address from my computer and modem but they both timed out with 100% packet loss. Not sure what is going on here but I am fairly certain that this is some kind of application error. Something to do with the destiny client on our end. Bungie should look into this.
