I'm gonna keep posting about this until I get a response. Xbox One...
Hit registration is bad (servers). Now it seems like bows are having the same issues as glaives where shots are hitting but either not doing damage, they are doing damage but health bars are not updating, the damage is delayed just for them, or you can even miss shots and still get kills for no reason (desync). You can tell there's something wrong when you shoot an enemy with a bow using Explosive Head and only one part of the damage registers. If I shoot a guy in the air and he takes no damage from the direct hit, but the explosion damages him afterwards, THEN THAT MEANS THAT I HIT HIM. Not a me issue. Grand Overture is also being affected by bugged hit registration in PvP. There are times where you shoot at a player and kill them, but it will not give you any missiles because it doesn't show a direct it ON THE USER'S SCREEN (more desync).
Multiple Xbox One players are still not seeing special weapon glares in PvP. I keep posting about this one in this section and there's been no official response, even though it is console-specific in a CROSSPLAY game, so that's an UNFAIR DISADVANTAGE. PvE sniper Psions also have the same issue on their weapons, so it's something to do with VFX on weapons specifically and it could be affecting other PvE enemy weapons as well. Fix this one.
It's mainly just these buggy moments that are making me mad about PvP and the game. Forget the sandbox, that can be fixed later. If everyone has to use Lorentz Driver or something to win, then let them because anyone can do that. But if I shoot or melee an enemy, it better do damage and do it right.

1 ReplyBecause bungie literally doesn't care. And most people will either deny how bad things are or troll you for daring to want a the game to play well or better then expected.
