Hello,
I've removed the identifiable information for Naming and Shaming in our Code of Conduct. Since this was sent to you through Microsoft's Xbox Live messaging, you'll want to report it to their enforcement team to investigate.
We are unable to investigate messaging in this case since it was sent through a third party service.
Here is Microsoft's page on how to do this : https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/family-online-safety/enforcement/file-a-complaint-on-xbox-app#:~:text=Go%20to%20the%20gamertag%20with,then%20select%20Report%20to%20Xbox.

Then update your rules to be more clear because it only mentions suspected cheaters in that rule. Extremely pathetic response to harassment btw thx for nothing.

Edited by Spawn: 1/3/2022 9:50:49 PMWe do have a more detailed explanation page for our Code of Conduct here, which is more specifics and you're welcome to read through. It is explained there under 'Harassment' that it's simply intent to "post information about another user with the intention of getting them banned or removed", not exclusive to claims of cheating in Bungie's games - cheating is just the most common form of it. Regardless, we don't tolerate harassment in any form. If we get reports about it on bungie.net or the companion app (through Bungie's services) that is something we can control. If it's through a different service, that goes through their own enforcement teams, since us Forum Ninjas and Bungie cant enforce anything through Microsoft's Terms and Conditions on their platform. In short - report the message to Microsoft/Xbox Live and have them look into it and do what is necessary.
