Bungie Order has been in UPS limbo/unsent/lost for last month and customer service isn't responding...

Unsure where exactly this should be posted, apologies in advance. To start, I'm a regular customer of the Bungie Store (the achievement Medals are really neat imo) and this is the first time this has happened to me. On May 10th, 2021 I purchased the Chosen Seal collectible medallion as I do for each Medal. Fast forwarding, I receive a bunch of other stuff I order. Oddly, some stuff that I purchased after the Chosen medal comes first. This is more or less the norm for things like medals and other achievement purchases; I think it has to do with Bungie ordering them custom i.e. "printing" to demand rather than having a few dozen pallets in the back of a warehouse somewhere that they pull off of to sell. September 28th, the VoG raid ring ships. I get an email from Bungie saying so, am given a tracking number, good to go. It arrives on Oct. 5th. October 2nd, I receive two emails: - the first is for the Hunter Guardian Games medal. This arrives Oct. 10th. - the second is the Chosen medal. I look at the UPS info. "Shipment Ready for UPS". "Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date." Ok. Check back a few days later: "Shipment Ready for UPS". "Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date." Hmm. On October 18th, it still hasn't updated on UPS's end. After some quick research, it appears that this is not on UPS's end, but the vendor's (the Bungie Store). I write a quick Customer Service ticket informing them of the issue. I am sent an autogenerated ticket in response saying that my request has been received and that they're currently receiving an unprecedented number of customer service tickets but that I will be helped in the order my ticket was received. For those playing at home, that was nearly 3 weeks ago. Neither hide nor hair of customer support. Meanwhile, UPS is still telling me "Shipment Ready for UPS". "Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date." At this rate I feel like my order fell off a truck somewhere on the way to UPS and that it's lost. Feels very bad, as my collection will now have a hole in it. I've been buying from the Bungie store for 3-4 years now on a regular basis (help) but I've never had an issue like this happen. I'm not sure if something catastrophic happened on the back end or what. Hopefully someone sees this and can offer help although I have my doubts.
