Restricted from matchmaking due to error codes

I have steady and stable internet connection, and rarely leave matches. However, when logging on this morning I saw a message telling me that I have been restricted from matchmaking. I did have a few game leaves yesterday but almost 90 percent of the games I played, whether control, trials, gambit, and especially Astral alignment, I would get kicked from the game, sent to the title screen and unable to rejoin, i have never had this many error codes until crossplay was introduced. I think that this ban is not entirely my fault, i just want to get unbanned or at the least told what to do to fix my in game interent, I received all sorts of codes and messages by bungie so it never really told me what the problem was exactly. I am just looking for help.
