I have submitted a couple support tickets since 8/29/21 regarding issues I have been experiencing with purchasing items on the Bungie Store with no real replies to any of them. In my cart there is currently an item that is no longer available (the children of the Tower t-shirt) that I cannot remove from my cart. When I try I am redirected to a page that reads: "An error has happened during application run. See exception log for details." I have tried editing the item which does not work, and removing it from my cart is impossible no matter what method I try. I tried to create a new Bungie Store account and link my bungie.net profile to that, but I cannot link it while it is linked to the broken Bungie store account and I seem to be unable to unlink it. I missed out on purchasing the Expunge hoodie from Bungie rewards because of this and do not want to miss out on future rewards. Does anyone know how to fix my cart or unlink the account? Going in to my bungie.net account settings and unlinking it from there doesn't do anything other than make me re-authorize it on the broken account, I still can't link it to the new one.

3 RepliesI’ve been having the exact same issue (same shirt). Just submitted my 4th support ticket and haven’t heard anything. If you get this resolved please post here. I will do the same.

I'm having the exact same issue. It's both reassuring yet incredibly frustrating to know I'm not the only one. I had delayed the purchase of my Expunge hoodie / Children t-shirt to the 24th so I could get the Eliksni plushie as well, but the shirt broke my cart that day. I tried very hard to removed it, and emailed support twice to get them to fix it. I'm still waiting on a response, and have sent a third email. At this point, I have accepted I'm not going to get the hoodie - I don't see Bungie being kind enough to let me order it after the deadline - but I know very well the upcoming festival is going to have items I want, and I need my cart fixed if I'm going to get any of them. I have half a mind to start sending daily emails to their support team.
