Bought Destiny 2 at release, bought the $100 edition. Now Bungie has removed all of year 1, and because I didn't transfer fast enough I lost my old account? How do I go about getting a refund for this bs? It'd be nice if Bungie gave me $100 in store credit, $100 worth of expansion, or hell at least Beyond Light. Does Bungie have a customer service number or email anywhere, or do they just do whatever they want and make their customers suck it up? And people wonder why the new Halo games suck. Meanwhile all the expansions are on Xbox game pass, and yet not the PC version. This is EA level of -blam!-ery.

Bungie discontinued their relationship with Blizzard with the release of Shadowkeep in September 2019. At that time all players were notified via the website, Twitter, and direct emails from both Bungie and Blizzard that their D2 licenses and game progress could be migrated to the replacement platform which is Steam. Bungie and Blizzard gave all players 14 months to get this done via the PC Move function which was available from September 17, 2019 through December 1, 2020. If you did not utilize the PC Move function by 1700 UTC on December 1, 2020 then unfortunately your D2 Battle.net game progress and Blizzard D2 licenses are gone and cannot be recovered. There have been no other options provided to players other than the now discontinued PC Move function.

Edited by dc213baseball: 7/10/2021 4:36:54 PMWhere’s the “none of the above” option? Plus, the new halo games are done by 343i, not Bungie. So your attempted insult just backfired.
