Cannot claim the previous season rewards after level 5
Hello,
I am a new to Destiny 2 and started playing it for first time since mid March 2021, i.e. halfway from Season of the Chosen. Before that I never ever played Destiny 2. I was a season pass holder for Season of the Chosen and have already claimed all the season rewards.
I got to know that one can also claim the rewards from the very last season, i.e Season 12 - Season of the Hunt. As i progessing in the Season of the Chosen was able to claim rewards from Season 12 upto Rank 5, which i got notification over the Destiny 2 companion App. As the current season Season 13 is ending today, i thought of claiming them too. But somehow, it doesn't shows me the option to claim the reward. I have attached the screenshot of the season rewards page. https://imgur.com/a/IYSiFdL
I would be very grateful if someone could help in this matter.

3 RepliesYou can only increase your season rank during that specific season. Once the season ends, you can not longer increase that rank, and you can only claim rewards for ranks you unlocked. Basically, because you didn't start playing until this season, you should not have been able to claim those rank rewards from last season, and that is also why you can't claim any other rewards from last season.
