cant make a clan using steam
whenever I try and make a clan, on the app or website, through my steam account. It just says "Your account does not meet the minimum required Destiny progress or account age to create a new clan."
Do I have to do something else? its not a cross save account either, I only have it on steam.

Hi there. There are prerequisites for creating a clan—namely, reaching the Tower or after 30 days have passed—however, clan creation is bugged right now and Bungie is investigating.
