Active Triumphs no showing correctly in Destiny App
I completed 2 Nightfalls last night on Legend (1300) difficulty with clan mates with a score over 100,000 each time, and it did not show in the Destiny 2 app as having been completed. "Insight Terminus" Nightfall.

You will have to wait until Insight Terminus is the NF for that week to complete the triumph.
