I was playing fine yesterday and I have been having issues all morning, are your servers down? Also I noticed that all of my legacy accomplishments have a date of 12/31/1969

No. It’s been happening for several (2-3) days on my ps5. And I can assure you that no other connected device in my home is having an issue. I keep getting booted from strikes and crucible.
