Its either the bounty/ies or patrol mission that is bugged
A bounty from Varrick's regarding patrol might be bugged.
Said bounty requires you to do a patrol set number of patrols, in a specified area.
The VIP heroic patrol does not count towards the bounty. You can pick the VIP patrol mission on the specified area but once you complete it does not count towards the bounty because you left the specified area.
