Destiny 2 Companion Fireteam Invites not working

Anyone else have this issue? I can’t invite anyone from the app since it keeps saying I’m appearing offline or my fireteam is set to closed, which are both false.

Have this same problem too. Tells me I’m offline or I need open fire team slots, but I have open slots and I’m clearly online. Is this only on PlayStation?
