Yes I know, it’s a hunter blink, but the 10 seconds of no dodge regen makes it easily outclassed by Sixth Coyote, especially when Winter’s Shroud is taken into consideration which a double dodge can instantly freeze nearby targets. For this exotic to be viable I would need a dodge every 10 seconds, not every 20 — which is too long for one single dodge.
