I like to run vesper both in pvp and pve on occasion and thought trying it with the new frostpulse aspect would be interesting. Unless it’s intentional, vesper does less damage to frozen targets and deals decreased damage because of frost pulse. For example in pvp it deals a raw 100 typically but on a frozen target it does 80. Is this intentional as to not let it shatter opponents or just a bug?
