Bought the deluxe edition but No Time To Explain was not included with the dlc

Bought the deluxe edition. Had to buy the season pass a second time and didnt get NTTE. Anyone else have this issue?

If it was not marked as completed, there is an issue with your order and you'll need to contact XBOX Support regarding it. If it is, please try reinstalling your add-ons.
