Not getting email for purchase
I bought the new forerunner seal last Tuesday but I haven’t gotten a email about the purchase. I already bought the nine hoodie and I got a email that leads me to the progress of the hoodie being made and sent to me yet I haven’t received one for the forerunner seal. Bungie already got my money so the purchase went through I just got no email about it. I even gave them my phone number.

They will be able to look into this issue. Also, double check all inboxes including Spam and Junk before a request has been submitted.
