Making vendor equipment drop 20 power lower is just a cheap way to prevent people from spamming tokens to hit the softcap. Dude, People are sick of grinding bullshit, ESPECIALLY when its obvious the only reason that change happened was to slow progress....and guess what!? The people who would spam tokens, will still grind their power levels out regardless. It's just an artificial and annoying roadblock.
