Question about cross save.
Hi so awhile back I made a post but I ended up getting my issue fixed, but currently I am having another issue. Its nothing major I just need a explanation on why this happens.
So awhile back I set up cross save with my psn and xbox account. And I wanted to create a new guardian specific to my xbox account so I could keep playing until I could disable cross save. However whenever I created that guardian specifically on my xbox one, for some reason it says its tied to my ps4 account. Any reason on why this happens or is this how cross save is meant to work? And is there any way to create a guardian that will specifically be tied to my xbox account or will I have to wait to disable cross save. Hopefully what I said makes sense. If not then I may be able to clarify what I said.

8 RepliesEdited by Crisidelm: 10/29/2020 10:18:16 PMBecause you chose your PSN account as your main, so whatever you do (create, delete characters etc) it's on that account, no matter the platform you're using. To change this situation, you'll have to disable cross-save OR change your main.

Hey there! Anything you do to your active cross save account will carry with you when cross save is deactivated. Cross save does not have its own data where you can pick up where you left off.
