Honor of the nine shader
I have the honor of the nine shader on three pieces of armor but it’s not in my collection. I dismantled two of the pieces trying to get the shader back but it didn’t work. When will this shader be recognized without me getting rid of my last piece?

Hi there. Shaders have to have been in your inventory or vault at the time Collections was implemented in order for them to be tracked and added. Being applied to an item doesn't count — just like how you must first dismantle a new item to get its shader before it gets added. Unfortunately year one shaders don't drop when you dismantle the item, so if you don't have them in Collections now, it's currently not possible to get them again.
