The small gifts go to hidden cat statues around the dreaming city , you get an emblem if you find and feed all of them The Corsair down thing will tell you where to look for a fallen queens guard , find her and scan her and she will disappear and a group of scorn will appear kill them and pick up the badge they drop and take it back to one of the queens guard camps and give it to them
