Cross save
I want to use my Xbox characters for PlayStation but I used an old email and I want to use the new I have, but it keeps telling me to wait 29 days because I bought silver and it’s been 2 months already what do I do

If the same account will be used for cross save, then I would not see the point in deactivating cross save. When you deactivate cross save in the future, you should be able to use the new email instead of the old one. Also, deactivating cross save will impose a 90 day lockout before you can reactivate it.
