PS4 to PC cross save not working
ok so I set up cross save on my bungie account and connected both my PlayStation network and steam accounts. I also selected the characters on my PlayStation account and it now says that I'm able to access my PlayStation network characters on my steam account, but when I go to play Destiny 2 on steam, I don't have any characters now, is there anything that I might've done wrong or any way I can fix this?
Also I bought shadowkeep and forsaken on steam but according to the cross save setup website, I still don't have them, but according to my steam account, I do
Nevermind, I logged out of steam on my PC and back into it and it looks like that fixed it

Hi there. You chose the correct account as active, so the next thing to check is that you're signing into the same Steam account that you linked to Cross Save. This tends to be a common issue because people don't realize that they may have two Steam accounts under the same email address. Please log into the game on Steam, get to a point where you can open the chat box, enter the /id command, and tell me the string of numbers it gives you.
