I used a Bad Omens off and on for a lot of the season. It wasn't bad, but I think cluster bombs are nowhere near what they were when the Curtain Call was good back in the beginning.

I mean. Yeah. Clusters got nerfed a long time ago, but a lot of the damage taken away from clusters was moved to the base damage of rockets.
