Need help with cross save
I cant undo my playstation tag from my account. My PSN account is under a no longer functioning email address and i have no access to it or my PSN account. My PSN account was made for a clan thing during year 1 of D1.
I'm trying to cross save from xbox to pc, and I can't do so because of this.
Would it be possible for Bungie to remove my PSN account from my Bungie account?

Hey there! You cannot unlink an account without being able to authenticate to it. Bungie will not unlink it for you. You'll need to contact Sony concerning recovering the account if you wish to gain access to it to unlink it. If that is not possible, you will need to move your good accounts over to a new Bungie profile if you wish to cross save. All emblems tied to your Bungie profile will not carry over to the new one.
