I am having the same issue. I have my prime gaming account. I logged into the website I claimed the reward and I went Amanda Holiday on Destiny 2 and nothing was there. It worked fine last month. Not sure what the deal is. My friend did the same and his showed up.

I was able to fix my issue. If you go up to your account in the top right-hand corner. Then click on redeem codes. There should be three tabs click on the "Partner Rewards" there it had a little button that said "Redeem" which a line item for Prime Gaming once I clicked that is said success and when I went to Amanda Holiday it was there hope that helps!
