Playing on Xbox One X.

Connection bar in game reading 1/5th to 1/3rd
Players teleporting and lagging everywhere.
I have hard reset my Xbox, modem, and router multiple times. Not helping.
I live in Minneapolis.
Even just sitting in orbit connection bar is reading 1/5th
