If you did get a response, anyone on B's side would be trained to read you the written definition of the code and refer you to their network troubleshooting guide. It sounds like you already found all that information. Beyond that the message would be something like "sounds like your ISP is having issues, or some variation of it is you, not us." ISP's don't have consistent, perfect service. Some days I get a bunch of error codes, but most days I don't. I hope you stop getting the errors.
