Blaze made a deep breath as he put down a pile of stone panels. The area he was making for Offtoberfest...it was going to look brilliant! He was currently building up a small perch he could stand on to present his work. Some scaffolding was in place, and he was already getting excited for the presentation. Down far below him, he saw Fox using her powers to grow plants. “Hey Fox!” He called down. “How’s your progress?” “Oh, just getting exhausted to grow two pumpkins!” She yells up to him. Fox looks up to Blaze, and he sees her eyes glowing a bright, vibrant green. It was stunning. Blaze leaned closer to see her better, and....started to fall. “OW!” He slammed into some stone. “SHIT!” He felt wood splinter beneath him. “YAUGH!” He slammed into the earth. Oh geez, from what he could tell his back was broken, along with four ribs. Once his ears stopped ringing, he heard....Fox laughing. “Hahahahaha!” She doubles over. “You’re so dumb! You try to stare at me and fall like a doofus!” She leaves and comes back with a long straw and a wine bottle. She cups Blaze’s head in her hand, and sticks the straw into his mouth. “Thanks....” he mutters, as he starts to drink. The blood had a sour taste, so he knew she grabbed horse blood. He felt his broken bones slowly start to mend. “Don’t accidentally kill yourself looking at me, alright?” “I...” he groans. Ow, broken ribs hurt. “I’ll try my best, but you have to help me out by not looking so cute.” “Hmph.” She drops his head. “Ow, okay look as cute as you want.” He slowly gets back up. “Let’s get back to work.” “Yeah. You distracted us enough, Blaze.” She giggles, and gets back to growing plants. “Yeah yeah....” Blaze climbs back up to his perch, grinning. [spoiler]Just a short little story I made[/spoiler]
