I have a variety of loadouts saved for each of my characters, but it never loads with the mods on them as I saved the character if I have changed the mods to use one of those armor pieces in a different loadout. Is there a way to make it save the loadout so that it will equip the exact same mods each time I choose a different loadout. I have tried using the loadout optimizer but I can't get that thing to do anything right for me.
