I port-forwarded and changed my network settings recently because my NAT type was strict and causing issues on games recently. I think I ended up setting a static IP Would that possibly be the issue?

Static IP addresses never change.

It's just the only thing I could think of that changed anything. Since it was on auto and I changed it to a specific one and since then I haven't been able to connect.

I would suggest to change back to the one you were originally using.
