I'm not going to delve too far into this (there's already a lot of debate on the matter), but from what I'm seeing, the main issue with sunsetting pinnacle weapons is that the time invested in said weapon seems to be invalidated and now you're left with an (almost) useless trophy of past achievements. My main question here is, if they have to go, will players be compensated in some way for their time invested in these weapons? I have no clue what would be considered a fair compromise, however I do feel for the people that grinded weeks of their lives away only for it to be stripped from them. Doesn't seem fair to basically end up empty handed after putting that much time into obtaining these weapons.
