Simply put, bounty grinding to level up the pass either needs to be streamlined to not be incredibly annoying (As it stands, it essentially boils down to "Use weapons and abilities you don't want to use for 15-20 minutes, get more bounties, repeat). Alternatively, remove XP gains from bounties almost entirely in favour of actual rewards for completing them, and give Seasonal content a massive XP bonus and all other content a smaller XP bonus. I know I wouldn't mind seeing options every 20 levels in the pass for "10% more XP in Crucible activities, 10% more XP in Vanguard activities, or 5% more XP in all activities", would allow people to do more of what they want to do.
