I'm sure most people agree with wanting an option on PC for veteran voice lines. Having to learn about who the taken are or hearing about the guardian that killed Crota and Oryx detaches me from the story and world of Destiny. But if I have to go into Beyond Light and the stranger talks to me as if its the first time we met it would be super disappointing as a player who has played Destiny from its release. I think adding veteran voice lines to PC would be a nice thing to do for all the fans who put so much time into both games and made the switch to PC.
