I came back to Destiny 2 about a month ago and I've noticed some unfortunate changes. No chests in strikes. None. No exotics from vendors. Ever. No exotics from legendary or prime engrams. Ever. Nightfall exotics. Duplicates. (14 in a row so far personally) Bungie has decided to make getting exotics, which are integral for making viable builds, borderline impossible. Anything that can drop rewarding loot is immediately nerfed into the ground. Bungie even took away the three of coins, which was the only thing that alleviated the eternal grind. They even made it so no matter what you do, FORSAKEN EXOTICS WOULD NOT DROP. I've purchased all the DLC, and the season pass, why gatekeep the exotics? Fix RNG, or make Xur less bullshit? FYI if you give xur your Exotic Cipher you will regret it
