Season Pass Not Showing Up
Last season I reached Rank 160 and I was excited to get the new season pass however when I logged on I found that I didn't have it. And when I spoke to my friend, who reached ~130 in the season pass, he said that he had it active for him. Please help

1 ReplyHi there! Season Pass level from the previous season does not grant entitlements for the next season. Players who own the Deluxe Editions of Shadowkeep, or purchased Shadowkeep after the launch of Season of Arrivals, had access to the season pass immediately. Looking at your profile through the game API, it does not appear that you own the items associated with the Deluxe Edition. You will need to purchase the season pass for this season.

Attaining a rank from last season has nothing to do with getting this season. If your friend has it, they either purchased it or bought the Deluxe edition of Shadowkeep which included all four seasons. If you don't have it now, you'll need to buy it.
