imagine getting disconnected during three Trials matches and then getting three losses :)

I think even the losing team should get *some* Glory points. Like, if your team loses and you are the top spot on the losing team you get 15 points, 10 for 2nd place, and 5 for last. Rewards you for staying in the game at least. Quitting / dashboarding should deduct a lot of points, but for an error code just a warning and after 2 times within an hour, then deduct a large amount. I don't know, the Glory system needs tweaking anyway. Too few players to have good matchmaking right now.
