@bungie #bungie, For all your suffering fans that a dealing with this very frustrating errors, could you at least tell us if there has bin any progress on fixing this problem, I’ve tried everything I can from cross saving to a different platforms, to restarting the console in about 6 different ways, trying other characters, signing into a different Xbox on the same account, to calling my WiFi network to see if it’s running smoothly and I’ve really tried pretty much everything it says all over media of how to fix this problem and have gotten no where, could you at least throw us a little info on if there bin any progress than telling us what the problem is. If we at least making some progress or know that you are reading all our message and looking into it. At least if not to just me but to people who have bin dealing with this for months now. Could you please give us some info. Thank you

Same thing with your internet. And to inform you, you like other people are not going to get a response. The only thing I can think of is creating a fake account and installing destiny on that account and see if the error shows up

The issue is on the back end/server side. [quote] I’ve tried everything I can from cross saving to a different platforms[/quote]This should work for a temporary fix, provided you own the dlc on the other platform (or use stadia) The last update is they are investigating the issue to find a fix, other than that there is nothing new.
